Do we have to ride every day?
No, you may ride as often or as seldom as you wish. There is no need to decide in advance how often or when you might ride – the choice is yours. We will accompany you on an orientation ride around the local area when you have settled in after your arrival.
What are the minimum and maximum stays available?
The minimum stay is three nights.
Can you provide cycling guides if needed?
Yes, we can provide guides for some rides subject to availability and prior
negotiation. Information on possible rides is available on request after you
have confirmed your booking.
Do we have to provide our own cycling gear?
No, we will provide all your cycling needs (except clothing), including safety equipment, however, you are able to bring your own gear if that is possible and preferable for you.
What happens if we get lost?
We will provide you with maps and directions to try to ensure this won’t happen. However, in the unlikely event you do become temporarily geographically disoriented, we will only be a phone call away to assist you. Most of the rides are close to well-signed streets, so finding your way back home should never be a major problem.
Do we have to organise other activities we might like to do besides cycling?
You may be able to use the links on our website or other websites to identify and book activities before you arrive in Brisbane, but we will certainly be able to help you book any activities after you have arrived.
Do we need our own insurance?
Yes, this is a condition of our accepting your booking. You are asked to read the terms and conditions section of our website before making your booking.
What happens if we have to cancel at the last minute due to unforeseen circumstances?
Your insurance company should cover this possibility – our cancellation policy outlines the refund schedule in case this should occur.
Will there be other guests staying at the same time?
No, once a booking is made by a party staying as a group (1, 2, 3 or 4 people), no other group or individual bookings will be accepted for the duration of your stay.
Are we able to break our stay (e.g. an overnight stay at a nearby location) and retain the room on return?
As long as this is negotiated in advance and the break does not exceed 2 nights, this would be possible. A reduced rate for the night/s would be charged and notified at the time of booking.
Are we able to get transport to and from the airport/train station?
